Do You Ship Worldwide?  
Yes, we ship worldwide.  If you do not see your country listed during check out, please contact us at: [email protected]  and we will work out shipping.  

When Will I Receive My Item?
-we usually ship within a week after payment is made.
-for pre-order items, please refer to the delivery period stated at the product info page.
-delivery times will vary depending on your location.  
-Once we shipped your order, you will receive notification with (1) Tracking Number (2) name of shipping courier from our store.  With this link, you can keep track of the shipping & customs clearing status.

General Shipping Info
-Malaysia shipping via POSLAJU, 3-5 working days.
-international shipping via SF Express, 14-20 working days.
-our international shipping charges do not include the destination country's duty, or customs fees.  As a buyer, it is your responsibility to be aware of your country's taxes & duties.

Can I Get A Refund/Exchange?
-all sales are final.  After checkout, there are no returns or exchanges.
-please note that there will be NO refund for any damage or lost item due to shipping issue.  To protect the parcel during shipping, we use a sturdy cardboard box and securely seal the box with strong packing tape along all seams and edges. 
-It is out of our control after the item is out of the country.   We provide tracking number as proof of shipment.
-If you can not accept this term, please do not place an order.  Thank you for your understanding.
